DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

Holland Cliff Rd., 2:55 p.m. May 4. A bonfire was set on private property.

LUSBY AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Algonquin Trl., 11:30 a.m. April 30. Jewelry, a knife and an alligator saw were among property stolen from a residence.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

Sollers Wharf Rd., April 27 to April 28. A sign at the end of a driveway was pulled from the ground and broken.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Leigh Ct., 8200 block, 6:48 a.m. April 26. An iPod and speakers were stolen from a vehicle.

Solomons Island Rd., 6 p.m. May 5. A handicapped placard was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a medical center.

PRINCE FREDERICK AREA
ASSAULT

Sparkleberry Ct., 9:07 a.m. May 9. Two males assaulted another male and fled.

THEFT/BREAK-IN

Schooner Lane, 7p.m. May 1. Welding leads were stolen during a break-in at a business.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

H.g. Trueman Rd., 3:39 p.m. May 1. A 1993 Ford Crown Victoria was stolen from a shopping center.

ST. LEONARD AREA
THEFT/BREAK-IN

Flag Harbor Blvd., April. Gasoline was stolen from a boat at a yacht club.

HUGHESVILLE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Beuchert Pl., 3:50 p.m. May 4. A man was seen at the back of a residence in a truck. When he was approached by a neighbor, he said he was looking for a woman and fled. An investigation revealed a back door at the residence had been kicked in.

INDIAN HEAD AREA
ARSON

Elder Pl., 3:55 p.m. March 7. A fire was set at a house. A Welcome man, 49, was charged with first-degree arson and malicious burning with intent to defraud.

LA PLATA AREA
ARSON

Huckleberry Dr., 1:14 a.m. May 10. A 1996 Honda Accord was destroyed after being set on fire.

MARBURY AREA
THEFT/BREAK-IN

Marbury Run Rd., 5100 block, 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. May 6. Ammunition, knives and a camera were stolen from a residence.

WALDORF AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Carroll, Meadowsweet and Cygnet drives, May 7 to May 8. Property was stolen from vehicles.

Hanover Ct., 2400 block, May 7. Tools were stolen from a van.

BUSHWOOD AREA
SEXUAL OFFENSE

Bushwood, May 6. An investigation revealed a man was having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl. A Bushwood man, 28, was charged with third-degree sex offense.

LEXINGTON PARK AREA
ROBBERY

Lexington Park, May 5. Two men were watching a pornographic movie at a home when one man suggested something sexual. The other man tied his hands with a lanyard and hit him in the face several times. He then stole cash from his wallet, told him to sleep in an attic and said him he would kill him if he called the authorities. A Lexington Park man, 20, was charged with robbery and second-degree assault.

SEXUAL OFFENSE

Lexington Park, May 8. An investigation revealed a man had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl. A Lexington Park man, 31, was charged with third-degree sex offense.
