These were among reports received by the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office and the Maryland State Police. HUNTINGTOWN AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Duchess Lane, Sept. 28 to Sept. 29. Cash and a radar detector were stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence.

Hunting Creek Rd., Sept. 25 to Sept. 26. Brass bells, a television, a DVD player and an amplifier were stolen from a church.

Hunting Creek Rd., Sept. 26 to Sept. 27. Lawn equipment and an extension cord were stolen from a storage shed at a compactor site.

Lee Ct., 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 28. Cash was stolen from a residence.

Plum Point Rd., 9 to 11 a.m. Sept. 25. A pistol and other property were stolen from a residence.

LUSBY AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Beech Dr., 5:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 24. A door was damaged during an attempt to enter a residence. Nothing was reported stolen.

H.G. Trueman Rd., Sept. 25. Fifty-pound steel weights were stolen from a construction site.

Horseshoe Trail, 8:27 p.m. Sept. 29. A homeowner tackled a man who had entered his shed and taken a gas can. A Lusby man, 33, was charged with fourth-degree burglary, theft and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Pine Blvd., Sept. 24 to Sept. 25. A purse, a wallet, coins and keys were stolen from two vehicles.

Stock Dr., Sept. 24 to Sept. 25. Items were stolen from three unlocked vehicles.

VANDALISM

Cattle Drive Lane, Sept 27 to Sept. 29. The side of a Winnebago was spray-painted.

PRINCE FREDERICK AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Route 2/4, Sept. 25 to Sept. 26. Four tires and rims were stolen from a vehicle at a dealership.

SOLOMONS AREA
VEHICLE THEFTS

Solomons, noon, Sept. 25. A vehicle parked at a charter boat business was stolen. The vehicle was found in a different area of Solomons.

ST. LEONARD AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

St. Leonard Rd., Sept. 26 to Sept. 27. An attempt was made to pry open a door at a business.

Amherst Rd., 6700 block, Oct. 1 to Oct. 3. An air conditioner was stolen from a vacant house.

Old Washington Rd., 4:45 a.m. Oct. 2. Cash was stolen from a business.

WALDORF AREA
ROBBERIES

Crain Hwy., 2100 block, 4:11 a.m. Sept. 28. A clerk at a convenience store was robbed at gunpoint.

Ell Lane, 12100 block, 10:50 p.m. Sept. 28. A pizza deliveryman was assaulted by several males and robbed of cash, a cellphone, pizza and chicken wings.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Barrington Dr., 700 block, 2 a.m. Oct. 3. Wheels and rims were stolen from a Chevrolet TrailBlazer. The vehicle had been left on landscaping stones.

WHITE PLAINS AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Crain Hwy., 4700 block, Sept. 28 to Sept. 29. The front bumper was stolen from a Ford F-350 truck.

Three Notch Rd., Sept. 30. An employee at a department store took merchandise. A Park Hall man, 19, was charged with theft.

GREAT MILLS AREA
ASSAULTS

Great Mills, Sept. 29. During an argument, a woman hit an acquaintance with a decorative wall mirror. A Great Mills woman, 39, was charged with second-degree assault.

HOLLYWOOD AREA
ASSAULTS

Mervell Dean Rd., 10:36 p.m. Sept. 29. A man driving a vehicle punched an acquaintance in the head. A Brunswick man, 33, was charged with second-degree assault.

LEONARDTOWN AREA
ASSAULTS

Leonardtown, Sept. 28. An inmate at a detention center hit a cleaning bottle, which then struck an officer. A Lexington Park man, 25, was charged with second-degree assault of a corrections employee.

Leonardtown, Sept. 28. During an argument, a man hit an acquaintance, forced her to the ground and kicked her. A St. Leonard man, 43, was charged with second-degree assault.

LEXINGTON PARK AREA
ASSAULTS

South Hampton Dr., 2:05 a.m. Sept. 29. During a fight, a woman hit an acquaintance. A Lexington Park woman, 18, was charged with second-degree assault.

VANDALISM

Oregon Way, 11:58 p.m. Sept. 26. Property was damaged at a residence. A Lexington Park woman, 25, was charged with malicious destruction of property.

PINEY POINT AREA
ASSAULTS

Piney Point, Sept. 30. During an argument, a man grabbed and pushed an acquaintance. A Piney Point man, 45, was charged with second-degree assault.
