Broomes Island Rd., 1:30 a.m. Nov. 2. During an argument at a bar with customers, a man was asked to leave. When the customers left the establishment, the man was standing in the parking lot with what appeared to be a gun. An investigation revealed that the object was a power drill. A St. Leonard man, 61, was charged with four counts of second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and four counts of intoxication.

Dogwood Rd., Oct. 29 to Oct. 30. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.
Long Beach Dr., 8:25 a.m. Nov. 2. A homeowner woke up and found a man sleeping on a sofa. A La Plata man, 29, was charged with fourth-degree burglary, destruction of property and public drunkenness.

Sunderland, 12:53 a.m. Nov. 5. A man with a gun took cash and tobacco products from a convenience store.
Indian Head Hwy., 4100 block, Nov. 2 to Nov. 4. Someone stole 270 gallons of oil from a tank at a town building; 240 gallons of oil were stolen from a business nearby.
Crain Hwy., 5800 block, 6 p.m. Nov. 1 to 9 a.m. Nov. 2. A laptop computer and hair clippers were stolen from a barbershop, which was entered by force.

Ell Lane, 12100 block, 7:10 a.m. Nov. 3. During an argument with a group of people, a man fired a gun several times. A woman, 19, was wounded in her lower body. She was taken to a hospital.
Shasho Pl., 2900 block, 9:20 a.m. Nov. 4. A man wearing a Spider-Man mask tried to rob a nail salon employee at gunpoint. The employee refused to give up her purse, and the man fled.
Crain Hwy., 4500 block, 6 p.m. Nov. 1 to 5:50 a.m. Nov. 2. A window of a motorcycle establishment was broken, and an attempt was made to steal a motorcycle.
Crain Hwy., 3100 block, 10:14 p.m. Oct. 23. Three people attempted to break into an ATM inside a gas station while a fourth person waited in a vehicle outside. They fled when they were unsuccessful.
Waldorf Marketplace, 4:42 a.m. Nov. 6. A front window at an eyeglass store was broken, and a pair of sunglasses was stolen.
Bushwood, Oct. 24. A front-door lock at a home was broken, and cash, jewelry and prescription medication were stolen. Two Lexington Park men, 21 and 23, were charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of theft and two counts of malicious destruction of property.
Seminole Lane, 10:41 a.m. Oct. 28. Prescription medication and handguns were stolen. Two Huntingtown men, 21 and 29, were charged with burglary.
Pegg Rd., Nov. 2. During a fight, a man threw a pipe at a police officer, striking him in the chest. A Leonardtown man, 28, was charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order.
