CHESAPEAKE BEACH AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Summer City Blvd., Nov. 5 to Nov. 8. Four containers of copper fittings were taken from a residential shed.

VANDALISM

Braeburn Ct., 2 a.m. Nov. 4. Four vehicle tires were punctured.

LUSBY AREA
VANDALISM

Arrowhead Trail, Nov. 1 to Nov. 4. A front door of a house was sprayed with black paint.

PORT REPUBLIC AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Walnut Rd., Nov. 5 to Nov. 6. Tools, prescription drugs and electronic items were stolen from a vehicle parked at a home.

PRINCE FREDERICK AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Fairground Rd., Nov. 6 to Nov. 7. Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on the side of the road.

ST. LEONARD AREA
VANDALISM

Parran Rd., Nov. 3 to Nov. 5. A vehicle was driven through two fields. Seeded crops were damaged.

Crain Hwy., 6300 block, 11:50 p.m. Oct. 31. A man walking to his vehicle with a bank bag was robbed at gunpoint.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Huntt Rd., Nov. 8 to Nov. 10. A heat pump was stolen from a vacant house.

WALDORF AREA
BURGLARIES

Smallwood Village Center, 11:42 a.m. Nov. 7. During a pursuit of a fugitive, an officer fell and fractured his arm. An Oxon Hill man, 30, was arrested in connection with warrants for burglary and felony drug distribution.

WHITE PLAINS AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Westfield Dr., 9200 block, Nov. 7 to Nov. 8. Property was stolen from unlocked vehicles.

St. Mary’s County

California, Nov. 10. Someone was robbed at a shopping center.

GREAT MILLS AREA
ASSAULTS

Great Mills, Nov. 7. During an argument, a woman allegedly punched an acquaintance in the eye. A Great Mills woman, 24, was charged with second-degree assault.

LEONARDTOWN AREA
ASSAULTS

Deerfield Rd., Nov. 13. During an argument, a man allegedly assaulted an acquaintance. A Leonardtown man, 31, was charged with second-degree assault and resisting/interfering with arrest.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Medley’s Neck Rd., Nov. 9. An air conditioner was stolen from a home, and its copper pipes were sold for scrap. Two Hollywood men, 21 and 22, were charged with theft, malicious destruction of property and fourth-degree burglary.

MECHANICSVILLE AREA
ASSAULTS

Mechanicsville, Nov. 7. A man forced open a door at a home, assaulted a resident and took property. A Mechanicsville man, 27, was charged with first-degree burglary, first-and second-degree assault, a sex offender violation, theft and malicious destruction of property. He was also served with arrest warrants in connection with violation of probation.
