These were among reports received by the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office and the Maryland State Police. HUNTINGTOWN AREA
VANDALISM

Kyler Rd., Aug. 20 to Aug. 21. A vehicle window was broken, and the back hatch of a van was dented.

LUSBY AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Cove Point Rd., 12:30 to 4 p.m. Aug. 18. Two briefcases were stolen from a home.

Flags Pond, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 23. Cash and credit cards were stolen from a vehicle parked at a park.

Golden West Way, 1:30 a.m. Aug. 24. Cash and clothing were stolen from a vehicle parked at a home.

Rio Grande Trail, Aug. 17 to Aug. 19. Appliances were stolen from a home.

VANDALISM

H.G. Trueman Rd., 1:30 p.m., Aug. 19. Telephone and cable lines were cut at a convenience store.

Susan Lane, 2:30 to 6:45 a.m. Aug. 19. Windows of two vehicles were damaged, and a fence and a mailbox were broken.

OWINGS AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Concord Ct., Aug. 18. Cash was stolen from an envelope in a mailbox at a home.

PRINCE FREDERICK AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Main St., 7:10 a.m. Aug. 23. A wallet was stolen from a residential shelter.

ROBBERIES

North Prospect Ave., 4:50 p.m. Aug. 25. A masked male entered a bank and gave a teller a note threatening to blow up the bank if he did not receive cash.

WALDORF AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Leonardtown Rd., 3600 block, Aug. 25 to Aug. 26. Cash was stolen from a bakery.

ASSAULTS

Upland Dr., 2:57 p.m. Aug. 24. A man assaulted a female. A Bushwood man, 20, was charged with second-degree assault.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Miramar Way, 3:45 a.m. Aug. 25. Two men broke into a fast-food restaurant and left through a drive-through window. A Valley Lee man, 28, and another man, 20, were charged with burglary.

DAMERON AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

St. Jeromes Neck Rd., June 28. Items were stolen from a home. A Great Mills woman, 28, and a Lexington Park man, 44, were charged with first-degree burglary and theft.

HOLLYWOOD AREA
ASSAULTS

Three Notch Rd., 9:19 p.m. Aug. 27. A man assaulted a female and a male youth. A Hollywood man, 40, was charged with second-degree assault.

MECHANICSVILLE AREA
THEFTS/BREAK-INS

Mechanicsville, March 27. Equipment was stolen from a business. A Baltimore man was charged with second-degree burglary and theft.
