Virginia Del. Rob B. Bell III (R-Albemarle) left, “Tebows” after his bill allowing home-schooled students to participate in interscholastic sports passed the Virginia House of Delegates in Richmond. The bill is known as the “Tebow” bill, named for the Denver Broncos quarterback who was home-schooled but allowed to play football at his local high school in Florida.
