Seersucker Bike Ride and Social celebrates Jazz Age style
The 2012 Seesucker Bike Ride and Social was held on June 9th and, like every year, the annual event was a Jazz Age-inspired bicycle ride throught DC. This year the the ride began at Fort Reno Park and ended at the Hillwood Estate, Museum and Garden. Put on by Eric Channing Brewer of Dandies & Quaintrelles and Holly Bass of Holly Bass Performance Projects, the bikers were treated to an afternoon of picnicking, croquet, badmiton and live jazz. - Kellie Armstead.
