A Woodbridge woman has been charged with felony hit and run after allegedly killing a man Saturday on Interstate 95 in Fairfax County.
Virginia State Police say Carol Rood-Johnson, 19, hit and killed Clarence E. Alston, 42, of the District while driving her Hyundai Santa Fe north.
Alston was standing outside his car on the right shoulder when he was hit at about 12:02 a.m. Saturday, police said.
