Federal agencies will operate on a two-hour delay. Employees also have the option for un scheduled leave or unscheduled telework.

●Anne Arundel County Public Schools

●Arlington County Public Schools

●Alexandria City Public Schools

●Frederick County (Md.) Public Schools

●Loudoun County Public Schools

●Stafford County Public Schools

Colleges and universities:

●American University

●Catholic University

●Gallaudet University

Other districts closed:

- Friday is a long-scheduled day off for DC Public Schools students and was supposed to be a training day for teachers. Teachers also have the day off because training is canceled.

- Prince George’s County Public Schools were already scheduled to be closed Friday for a teacher planning day.

- Howard County Public Schools were previously closed for students on Friday. Schools are now closed for students and staff.
