Woman who was locked out of home sexually assaulted by man who offered to help

A woman who was locked out of her home on Webster Street in Northwest Washington early Saturday morning was sexually assaulted by the man who offered to help her, according to Metropolitan Police.

Once inside, the man assaulted her and then fled, police said.

The suspect, who may go by the name ‘Saul,’ was described as a heavy-built Hispanic man in his early thirties, between 5’8” and 6’ tall, with short black hair, a mustache, wearing a light blue shirt and khaki pants, according to police.
