A few notable living or recently deceased Americans are under consideration to appear on a U.S. postage stamp. The U.S. Postal Service is reportedly changing its policy to allow living or recently deceased famous people to grace postage stamps. According to the old policy, subjects had to be dead for at least five years before they could appear on a stamp.
