Obama in Iowa: Congress needs to pass Farm Bill

Aug. 13, 2012 - President Barack Obama kicked off a three day bus tour of Iowa in Council Bluffs Monday. The state is considered in play for the fall election and will also be visited by newly-minted Republican vice-presidential candidate Paul Ryan this week.
