A new exhibit at the Barbican London celebrates 50 years of James Bond.

The figure in gold is an homage to the ill-fated character played by Shirley Eaton in "Goldfinger." It's "one of the most iconic Bond images, and we went to great lengths to cast a form -- not just a mannequin -- to painstakingly make a body that resembled her nubile proportions from 'Goldfinger,' " said exhibition co-curator Bronwyn Cosgrave during an interview with CNN.

Bikinis worn by decades' worth of Bond girls are among the iconic costumes on display. The exhibit was curated by the Barbican in cooperation with Eon Productions, which made its extensive archives of props, costumes and other Bond paraphernalia available for exhibit.
