Philipp Grubauer (2-0-0, 1.36 goals-against average, .959 save percentage) makes his third career start and fourth appearance of the season Friday night in South Florida. The Panthers are without Tim Thomas, who suffered a groin injury Thursday, and will go with Scott Clemmensen (0-2-1, 3.89 goals-against average, .857 save percentage). Against Washington over the course of his career, Clemmensen is holds a 4-7-3 record, 3.77 GAA and .861 save percentage.
