Open thread: Capitals at Penguins

(Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports)

PITTSBURGH — The Capitals look for their first win against the Penguins in Coach Adam Oates’s tenure and attempt to rebound from a 3-2 loss to them on Monday night at Verizon Center. Jaroslav Halak (25-10-4, 2.24 goals-against average, .917 save percentage) makes his third consecutive start and second in as many nights but will face a different foe in the opposite net as Pittsburgh will start Marc-Andre Fleury  (33-14-3, 2.31 goals-against average, .916 save percentage).
