Martin Erat teaching his toddler son to play hockey

Maria Kirilenko wasn’t the only family member at Kettler on Friday learning to skate. Martin Erat’s son, Sebastian, who visited his dad in the Caps locker room a couple of weeks ago, was busy learning the ways of the ice.

It was only Sebastian’s second day on skates, having been introduced to them the day before. After outfitting his son, Erat strapped on some skates of his own and pushed Sebastian around the ice. The 20-month old seemed to love the lesson and insisted on keeping his stick with him at all times. The kid’s a natural.
