Tiger Woods now knows where he’ll be this spring.
He announced on his website that his spring schedule will include the WGC-Accenture Match Play, the Honda Classic, and the Cadillac Championship at Doral in a run-up to the Masters, which begins April 11.
Woods already has one victory, in January’s Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, in the books for 2013. His next appearance will be in the Match Play, which begins Feb. 20 in Arizona, and will feature the top four players in the world rankings. (That would be Rory McIlroy, Woods, Luke Donald and Brandt Snedeker, who has been on a roll so far this year).
Whether Woods is seeing injured Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn is something he’s no doubt going to be asked about, but there’s no question he’ll be seeing a lot of McIlroy over that stretch. Bring it.
