Sink into Ceiba for a sinkhole cocktail

If you've tried to travel around the sinkhole that's currently snarling traffic at 14th and F streets Northwest, you may find yourself craving a drink. Ceiba restaurant, which is located a block north of the sinkhole, has the answer: The bar has added a "Sinkhole de Mayo" cocktail to its menu. A tropical mix of Appleton Estate rum, pineapple juice and sour is capped with "a sinking of grenadine," according to the restaurant's manager.

The cocktail will be offered for $5 until the sinkhole is repaired, which means you should be able to enjoy it at least through Thursday.
