Newton’s Noodles opening delayed

Fast-casual Fuzu fans will have to wait another day or two for their noodle fix. Newton's Noodles was supposed to open today, but on a lunchtime visit, the place was totally empty. Inspectors told chef Dennis Friedman that he would have to move sprinklers in the restaurant before he would be able to start service. But since the new sprinkler placement will require an additional inspection, Friedman says the restaurant, at 1129 20th St. NW, will open either Tuesday or Wednesday.
