NPR to open All Crafts Considered pop-up shop

NPR is getting in on the local, crafty pop-up scene this year, launching a public shop titled (what else?) All Crafts Considered. The expo will be held in coordination with the NPR Commons, the retail hub inside NPR's new NoMa digs.

The shop will open for extended lunchtime hours on Dec. 11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Twenty-two local vendors have confirmed their space in the shop, including jeweler Rachel Pfeffer (who was featured in WP Magazine's gift guide), Art Enables, Chocolatenango, Eileen Egan Pottery, Cedar Lane Congo Kids, Heidi Leech Craft & Design and illustrator Elizabeth Graeber.

And of course, there will still be plenty of Carl Kasell autographed pillows to go around.
