Roofers Union soft opening tonight

Looking for a new watering hole this weekend? It doesn't get any newer than Roofers Union, which just tweeted that it will be opening to the public tonight at 5 p.m. The weekend is a soft opening for the restaurant and bar from the team behind Ripple. It will be closed on Monday, and will celebrate its grand opening on Tuesday. After that, it will open at 5 p.m. daily.

For a sneak peek of how Roofers' Union transformed the space formerly occupied by the Reef, check out our preview of the bar, and Marjorie Meek-Bradley's menu.

Roofers Union, 2446 18th St. NW.
