Two of the city's most respected young chefs, Aaron Silverman of Rose's Luxury and Erik Bruner-Yang of Toki Underground, are teaming up April 16 for a sprawling eight-course dinner that will pay tribute to late Toki chef Thang Le, who died in 2012.

The second Bel'le Dinner will feature such dishes as rice porridge congee, whole quail and tea-scented panna cotta. Some of the proceeds from the $100-a-head dinner will benefit the nonprofit Mission Excellence. For reservations, e-mail
