D.C.’s ‘Chipotles of …’

With today's announcement that Venti Tre, a Chipotle-style take on Italian food, will be coming to Gaithersburg's Downtown Crown development in September, it's time to update our annual list of Chipotle wannabes. Where can you get a fast-casual, assembly-line flatbread/rice bowl/pita/pizza/salad? Pretty much everywhere.
