Actor Columbus Short, who plays Harrison Wright on the hit ABC show “Scandal,” was arrested and charged with felony battery after allegedly sucker-punching a bar patron last month.

Now, reports say Short’s wife, Tanee McCall-Short, also known as Tuere, has filed for divorce for a second time, alleging the actor held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her and himself, according to a new restraining order obtained by TMZ.

Short was charged with criminal domestic violence, TMZ says. McCall-Short filed for divorce Tuesday and requested sole custody of their 2-year-old daughter.
