Six people were injured in a shooting Tuesday morning at a FedEx hub in Kennesaw, Ga., before the gunman was found dead with what police said appeared to be a self-inflicted wound.

Cobb County police received a call shortly before 6 a.m. about an active shooter at the facility, which is located about half an hour north of Atlanta. Authorities swarmed the area, bringing multiple people to an area hospital and working to clear the building.

Doctors said that three of the six victims were in critical condition at WellStar Kennestone Hospital.

The suspected shooter was found dead “from an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound,” police spokesman Officer Michael Bowman told The Post in an e-mail shortly after 9 a.m.

The gunman “had bullets strapped across his chest like Rambo,” Liza Aiken, a FedEx clerk, told the Associated Press.
