When Bain isn’t so bad

Something is missing from Boris Bershteyn's official bio: The new White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs head's time at Bain Capital.

In the Loop's Emily Heil found through LinkedIn that Bershteyn worked at Mitt Romney's former firm in the early 2000s.

With Obama and his allies treating Bain as close to pure evil on the trail, the Romney campaign is happy to highlight the connection.

Bershteyn joins acting Office of Management and Budget director Jeffrey Zients, another former Bain employee, on the White House payroll.
