Gallup: Obama grows lead to six points

 

President Obama has a six-point lead over Mitt Romney in Wednesday's Gallup Daily Tracking poll.

That's the biggest advantage the president has had in more than two weeks, since the poll indicated a bounce after the Democratic National Convention.

Obama's approval rating in Wednesday's poll was 51 percent, up one point over Tuesday's rating.
