The left wing visits the West Wing

BuzzFeed Politics reports that MSNBC's prime time pundits went to the White House Tuesday afternoon to talk fiscal cliff with President Obama.

Rachel Maddow, Lawrence O'Donnell, Ed Schultz and Al Sharpton were reportedly spied entering the West Wing. 

The Web site's report included a statement from a White House spokesman who confirmed that the president "met with influential progressives to talk about ... adopting a balanced approach to deficit reduction.”
