Hayden tweeter: ‘He had no expectation of privacy’

The man who overheard former National Security Administration head Michael Hayden saying allegedly disparaging things about the Obama administration and tweeted them told CNN on Friday that he had no qualms about his actions."He had no expectation of privacy," Tom Matzzie, a former director of MoveOn.org who now runs a renewable energy company, said of Hayden. "He's the loud guy on the bus, the loud guy on the train, the loud guy talking on his phone in the middle of the restaurant, and he's saying things that are newsworthy."

Before the two men got off the train, Hayden — apparently tipped off about what was happening on Twitter — had a conversation with Matzzie and took a photo.
