Obama calls Boston Marathon winner

Meb Keflezighi became the first American to win the Boston Marathon in 38 years, a home country victory made all the more poignant in that it came during the first Boston Marathon run since a pair of bombs were detonated near the finish line in 2013, killing three people.

And Tuesday, Keflezighi's cellphone rang. It was President Obama calling to offer congratulations.
