House Republicans vote for new No. 2 and No.3 leaders today. Current Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) is expected to easily ascend to the majority leader role being vacated by Eric Cantor (R-Va.), but the unpredictable race among the three candidates hoping to replace McCarthy — Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), Rep. Peter Roskam (R-Ill.), and Rep. Marlin A. Stutzman (Ind.)— is likely to require multiple votes.
