Obama to speak on Ukraine at 10:50

President Obama will speak on the situation in Ukraine at 10:50 a.m..

A Malaysia Airlines flight carrying 298 people was shot down over Eastern Ukraine Thursday. A U.S. official has said that Russia supplied rebels with the type of sophisticated missile launchers it would take to down the airliner, which was cruising at about 33,000 feet when it was shot down.

The Ukrainian military resumed its assault on a town near the crash site as international investigators were trying to secure the remains of the passengers. Secretary of State John Kerry said Sunday he was outraged at the "grotesque" behavior of rebels who were putting bodies in refrigerated box cars.
