D.C. United and Mayor Gray reach preliminary deal for soccer stadium at Buzzard Point

D.C. United and Mayor Vincent Gray have reached a preliminary deal to build a soccer stadium at Buzzard Point in Southwest Washington. The complex plan will face the city council and other hurdles.
