In a match moved from March to August in order to accommodate L.A.’s Champions League campaign, United is seeking to regain the lead in the Supporters’ Shield race and build a four-point lead over Sporting Kansas City in MLS’s Eastern Conference. DCU is playing the fourth of five games over 15 days and will head home Thursday to begin preparing for the rival Red Bulls on Sunday afternoon at RFK Stadium. The Galaxy, which is on a 4-1-1 surge, defeated Vancouver at home last Saturday and will face Chivas USA  on Sunday.
