Examsoft sued for bar exam snafu

Well, that didn’t take long.  Last week, Examsoft’s computer exam software experienced serious problems.  Recent law school graduates using the software to take bar exams had trouble uploading their bar exams.  For a multi-day text administered only twice a year, this is a big deal.  This week, the first lawsuit (of what could be many) was filed against the company.  Above the Law has more.
