Without whistleblowers such as Edward Snowden, our government agencies and politicians will continue to ride roughshod over our rights. Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), who want to prosecute Mr. Snowden for violating his oath of secrecy [“Man who leaked NSA secrets steps forward,” front page, June 10] need to remember that they, too, are in violation of an oath. By allowing a government agency to violate the Fourth Amendment, they have failed to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
