The service issues this month were an anomaly brought about by the storm and a federal holiday. We apologize for any inconvenience they caused our customers. The U.S. Postal Service handled more than 158 billion pieces of mail last year, and the vast majority was delivered on time. Our goal is to always provide timely and accurate delivery for our customers.
