Join the ‘no representation’ club

When I read the Aug. 22 editorial “Through the revolving door,” which lamented that the resignation of Rep. Dennis Cardoza (D) means that for five months the citizens of the 18th District of California would have no representation in Congress, I thought to myself, well, they will have a taste of what it means to live in the District 365 days of the year.
