Language lacked cultural sensitivity

Regarding the June 23 Style article “Mysterious millionaires”:

I wonder if the new owners of two large, historic Georgetown properties were named Smith or Jones, and not Kuno and Ueno, whether The Post would have used the word “private” rather than “mysterious” to describe them, and whether “purchased” or “bought” might have been chosen rather than “snatching” to describe their acquisition of the properties.

Does The Post need a little help on cultural sensitivity?
