I am surprised you used, in the first sentence of the Dec. 22 editorial “The payroll tax standoff,” the word “snafu.” Anyone who has ever been in the military would know better, since the acronym stands for “situation normal, all [expletive] up.”
Please have a little decency. Such words should not be used in a newspaper, especially one of your caliber.
