The slow train to Dulles

Metro is asking riders to help it plan for the future [“Metro is looking ahead as area grows,” Metro, Sept. 27]. I wonder if it sought riders’ input before it beganits most recent and largest expansion — the Silver Line to Dulles International Airport. One would think that someone would have suggested “express tracks/lines” somewhere along the way. The current plan only solidifies future congestion, systemic failures and a true lack of visionary growth.
