This Washington Post-Abt SRBI poll was conducted by telephone Sept. 19-22, 2013, among a random sample of 1,003 adults in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including users of both conventional and cellular phones. The error margin is 4.5 percentage points for the sample of 812 registered voters and five points for the sample of 562 likely gubernatorial election voters.
