This Washington Post/ABT-SRBI poll was conducted by telephone Oct. 24-27, 2013, among a random sample of 1,251 adults in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including users of both conventional and cellular phones. The error margin is four percentage points for the sample of 1,061 registered voters and 4.5 points for the sample of 762 likely gubernatorial election voters.
