Yogurt Cup With Sectioned Oranges and Shaved Dark Chocolate

Yogurt Cup With Sectioned Oranges and Shaved Dark Chocolate 4.000
Jul 19, 2006

This is a quick and simple way to load up on vitamins, minerals and the antioxidants contained in dark chocolate. But be sure to use only high-quality dark chocolate; milk chocolate contains butterfat.

All three ingredients here are so-called super foods.

Servings: 4
  • 2 cups nonfat (or low-fat) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 large naval orange, rind and pith removed and divided into sections (may substitute a small can of mandarin oranges, drained)
  • 1 small piece (about 1 ounce) semisweet dark chocolate

Divide yogurt into four small bowls. Add orange sections. Grate some chocolate over each bowl and serve.
