Many voters in Wisconsin remain undecided about which candidate to vote for in the upcoming presidential election, and both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are vying for the state’s 10 electoral votes. But some say the state is stuck in “election overload” after the recall election between Gov. Scott Walker and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett, which could depress the undecided turnout.
