Jan. 25, 2012 - Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich has his campaign set squarely on the economy as the number one issue. To fix it, the former speaker of the house's tax plan is geared to creating jobs by eliminating taxes on capital gains, abolishing estate taxes, and offering individual taxpayers a 15% flat tax option.
