Perry says he wants 'inconsequential' gov't

Aug. 15, 2011 - Fresh off his presidential campaign announcement this weekend, Texas Governor Rick Perry made a brief stop in New Hampshire Saturday. He told potential voters he wants to make Washington "inconsequential" for Americans. (Aug. 15) (/The Associated Press) Correction: Clarification:
