Perry to unveil a national flat tax plan

Oct. 19, 2011 - During a speech at the Western Republican Leadership Conference, Rick Perry on Wednesday said he'll introduce a plan next week to replace the current tax code with a federal flat tax, "simple" enough for Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner to understand.
