His job approval has fallen 11 percentage points since last year, the steepest full-year decline so far, and his trust advantage over Republicans has been diminished. SOURCE: This Washington Post-ABC News poll was conducted by telephone Dec. 12-15, 2013, among a random sample of 1,005 adults. Interviews were conducted in English and Spanish on landlines and cell phones. The results have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
