Sheldon Adelson, Las Vegas Sands Corporation's billionaire CEO, and his wife have single-handedly propped up Newt Gingrich's campaign with $10 million in donations to the Winning Our Future super PAC in January. Adelson recently signalled he would write big checks to Mitt Romney, too, if he wins the nomination.
